Set in wonderful countryside overlooking the ancient Royal Burgh of Peebles this Castle is in the heartlands of the Scottish Borders yet only half an hour from Edinburgh. Bought by its current owners in 1997 and lovingly refurbished this hotel has quickly risen to one of the best in the area. The rooms are large and enjoy superb views, the cuisine is regarded as some of the best in the area and the library where you can relax with your favourite malt by the log fire is a welcome haven after a hard day. Neidpath Castle, Traquair House and Abbotsford are close by and if you want a day in Edinburgh the bus leaves from the foot of our drive so theres no need to worry about parking.
